Silver, chased and finely engraved. Multi-figure scene of the deposition from the cross with the Virgin Mary, Mary Magdalene, John, etc. Hallmarked below the upper rim: City mark, master's mark of Hans IV Pfleger. Mounting holes and decorative recess in the lower right area. Slight age damage. Mounted in a decorative, gilded frame with blue velvet liner.
